In the enchanting setting of La Véranda restaurant, with its panoramic terrace and breathtaking sea views, talented Michelin-starred chef Didier Aniès has concocted an Easter brunch on Sunday March 27 and Monday March 28 . Mediterranean flavors and seasonal regional produce will be on the menu.
The feast begins with a selection of pastries and an appetizing buffet of starters. This is followed by a selection of hot fish and meat dishes, and finally a mouth-watering dessert buffet. This will be an opportunity to discover the chocolate desserts of the new Pastry Chef, Gaëtan Fiard, 2014 World Champion in Sweet Arts.

There are plenty of surprises in store for young and old alike, so that the festivities don’t just take place on the plates.
The whole event will be accompanied by live music on the terraces. Children will also be able to take part in a range of fun activities led by the hotel team, including a traditional egg hunt in the park, a make-up and egg-painting workshop, etc.
To round things off in style, guests at the restaurants will have free access to Club Dauphin, where they can enjoy one of the finest swimming pools on the Côte d’Azur, or simply stroll through the hotel’s lush seafront gardens, designed by Jean Mus.
