In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 establishing harmonized rules on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”), effective as of August 2, 2026, Luxsure Group informs visitors to the luxsure.fr website of the conditions under which artificial intelligence tools are used in the production of its content.
The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Publishing
Luxsure Group uses generative artificial intelligence tools to support certain stages of content production: assistance with writing and research, translation, editorial optimization and search engine optimization, as well as the production of video and social media content derived from articles published on the website.
These tools are designed to assist with production. They do not, at any time, operate with editorial independence.
Editorial Oversight and Responsibility
In accordance with the exemption provided for in Section 50 of the AI Act for content that has undergone human editorial review, Luxsure Group states that:
- All content published on luxsure.fr—whether or not it was created with the assistance of an AI tool—is reviewed, fact-checked, and editorially approved by a human before being posted online;
- Pascal Iakovou, publisher and editor-in-chief of Luxsure Group, is responsible for the editorial content of all published material;
- As such, this content is not subject to the visible disclosure requirement set forth in Article 50 for AI-generated text published without editorial oversight on topics of public interest.
Visual and Audiovisual Content
Visuals, images, or videos published on luxsure.fr that are generated or significantly modified by artificial intelligence are, where applicable, clearly labeled in accordance with Article 50, Section 4 of the AI Act regarding “deepfakes,” as this labeling requirement is not subject to the exemption applicable to content under editorial control.
