The Autavia, the legendary sixties pilot’s chronograph collectors crave, is making a comeback in 2017.
Jean-Claude Biver unveiled the re-edition of the AUTAVIA with brand ambassador Patrick Dempsey and Jack Heuer.
On the TAG Heuer stand at Baselworld, Jean-Claude Biver presented the new Autavia, accompanied by Jack Heuer, Honorary Chairman of the brand, and Patrick Dempsey, TAG Heuer Ambassador.
The Autavia, the legendary sixties pilot’s chronograph that collectors crave, is making a comeback in 2017. As modern as it is faithful to its roots, the new-generation Autavia embodies the racing spirit of a golden era. As pioneering as ever, this contemporary lineage is the result of an unprecedented participative operation, “The Autavia Cup”, conducted in 2016: over 50,000 Internet users voted, from among 16 vintage models, for the re-edition of the Autavia “Rindt”, worn by the famous F1 driver Jochen Rindt.
