Located on the most beautiful avenue in the world, the emblematic Maison Tiffany opened at the end of April, announcing the arrival on June 10 of the famous Tiffany Diamond.

To coincide with the opening of this three-storey Parisian boutique, where luxury and voluptuousness reign, the famous Tiffany Diamond will leave Fifth Avenue for a limited time.

The 287.42-carat diamond, acquired in 1878 by Charles Lewis Tiffany for $18,000, is one of the world’s largest and most beautiful yellow diamonds, which only two women have ever had the honor of wearing: Mrs. Mary Whitehouse – atthe 1957 Tiffany Ball in Newport, Rhode Island – and Audrey Hepburn – in 1961 in the ads for the film Diamonds on the Sofa .

The Tiffany Diamond; discovered in the Kimberley mine in South Africa in 1877 is a rough, Paris-cut, cushion-cut stone of 128.54 carats. It has a record 82 facets – 24 more than the traditional cut – underscoring the diamond’s beauty and radiant color.

Ideally located on the corner of avenue des Champs-Elysées and rue de Boétie, the Tiffany&Co. flagship store is one of the world’s leading luxury houses.
