For the occasion, Ladurée has revisited its famous macaroons, introducing two new flavors inspired by the Olympic spirit: the “Olympic” macaroon with mango and cardamom, and the “Paralympic” macaroon with lime and ginger. These creations are available in luxury boxes celebrating the colors and excitement of Paris 2024.
In addition to macaroons, the collection includes tarts specially designed for the event. The “Olympique” mango cardamom tart and the “Paralympique” lemon ginger tart embody the fusion of flavors and textures, offering a taste experience that is both bold and traditional. These pastries are available to take away or on the spot in all Ladurée boutiques in Paris and by click & collect on the Ladurée website.
In addition to macaroons and tarts, Ladurée has also designed cat’s tongue boxes, scented candles and a special version of Eugénie, a gluten-free creation combining shortbread cookie, fondant heart and chocolate coating, now presented in a sheath in the colors of Paris 2024.
