From 20 to 25 October 2026, during Paris Art Week, Le Meurice will place a work by Harry Nuriev around the central table of its Le Dalí restaurant. Six dinners for 24 guests each: 144 seats in total, available to book.
A table as a stage
Le Meurice has named the project The Stage. Harry Nuriev, an artist and designer whose work explores the relationship between heritage and contemporary culture, according to the House, has created a temporary installation. It will frame six dinners devised by Alain Ducasse and executive chef Amaury Bouhours. Live performances have been announced, without further details. Bar 228 will extend the project with cocktails inspired by the artist’s world. Throughout the week, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea will also be served within the installation, at the communal table or at individual tables.
The menu follows the image
According to the House, the ten-course menu takes its inspiration from the installation. Black and white provide its guiding motif, echoing the graphic composition of Nuriev’s work. Truffle and Kaviari caviar are cited for their contrasting textures and flavours. No individual dish has been described.
The practical details
The price is €190 per person, including two glasses of Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage 2017. Dinners take place from Tuesday 20 to Sunday 25 October, from 7.30 to 11 p.m., with 24 seats each evening. Bookings are made through the restaurant’s platform. Fixed dates, limited places, a guest creator: the structure resembles a limited edition.
What remains is what the programme cannot yet demonstrate. A palette is enough to signal an artistic direction, but not to establish that the cuisine responds to the installation beyond colour. Only the opening evening, on 20 October, will allow that to be judged.
