Play of contrasts in the Georges Hobeika Spring-Summer 2027 collection

The Georges Hobeika Spring-Summer 2027 collection explores the many facets of femininity, conceived as a harmony of different temperaments and states of mind. Georges and Jad Hobeika free themselves from any single vision of the female silhouette, favouring freedom of expression. The collection is built around a play of contrasts between shadow and light, rigorous lines and delicate curves, restraint and fantasy.

Over the course of the collection, the assertive geometry of the silhouettes gradually gives way to fluid forms. The draping becomes freer, while sheer fabrics lend the designs lightness and sensuality. The volumes, at first architectural, soften little by little until they acquire an almost liquid dimension. Particular attention is paid to materials, notably satin brocade and guipure lace netting with graphic motifs. The latter reinterprets lace, long one of the aesthetic signatures of the House. The designers also explore combinations of textures within a single piece. Thus, mesh muslin sits alongside a satin finish, creating a striking visual contrast. Floral embroidery, an emblematic ornamental motif of Georges Hobeika, appears this season directly on printed fabrics.

The accessories extend the collection’s message through symbolic details. The stag motif, applied to cuffs, earrings and bags, embodies the union of gentleness and inner strength. It also evokes motherhood, protection and renewal, giving the accessories a singular emotional depth.
