The renowned Maison Fauchon is going all pink this summer, offering a space called Miam’Vice at Fauchon, Place de la Madeleine.
The terrace will be open until October 10, offering savoury and sweet dishes in a chic, tropical atmosphere! To accompany all this, Fauchon has teamed up with Château Minuty, a famous Côtes de Provence Cru.
This trendy spot in the heart of Paris promises an exotic summer atmosphere, with musical notes that invite you to escape for a unique gourmet experience. To fully appreciate this moment, you can sip a cocktail curled up in a deckchair, or savour tasty dishes specially imagined by Catering Chef Sébastien Monceaux and Pastry Chef Patrick Pailler. On the savoury side, fresh, gourmet dishes such as Auguste salad, Club FAUCHON or potato churros will delight your taste buds.
Although we’re hoping for a sunny summer, the Miam’Vice terrace will host a few éclairs, including the Chef’s new creation: the Piña Colada éclair, accompanied of course by the carré citron meringue, vanilla millefeuille and other praline and fruity delights. As the icing on the cake, FAUCHON is teaming up with Château Minuty, a famous Côtes de Provence Cru Classé, to offer tasting sessions. These light, brilliant wines will be the perfect allies for summer evenings.
