In 2018, during our quest to find casks that would add character and personality to our oak-aged gins, we visited whisky distilleries in the Scottish Highlands. This exploration left an indelible imprint on our creative process, culminating in the introduction of The Broody Hen, a tribute to the distinct flavors of this region.
