After a cosy signature cocktail in front of the fireplace in the lobby bar, guests will be treated to a gala gourmet meal concocted by chef Slim Bettaieb in a white-and-gold décor.
Festive dishes featuring local flavors, spices and sweet and savory touches will be the focus of this dinner, accompanied by the sensual and lively Arabo-Andalusian melodies of live musicians. The following day’s program includes a brunch with fruit juices and detox herbal teas to get 2019 off to a great start! And during the three days, guests enjoy free access to the enchanting Spa by Clarins – the only one of its kind in Tunisia – with its vast panoramic heated pool and spectacular hammam.
