Each recipe is made with fresh ingredients, in front of the customer and to order. L’Atelier du Bagel’s creator, Elisabeth Erschow, fell in love with the place, which was in need of a facelift. She put all her motivation and skills into this new concept, modernizing its offer, its welcome and its recipes.
Elisabeth’s first concern was to emphasize product quality. Her watchword is “Fast & good”. She continually battles with her suppliers to offer only the finest, freshest ingredients. Thanks to her tenacity and exacting standards, she has succeeded in offering a genuine alternative to traditional sandwich shops, offering top-of-the-range products at affordable prices.
Today, the place is decorated in a contemporary and friendly style, where you can quickly find your bearings, just like at home.
