Brunch is religion in Paris. A favorite meal of late risers, brunch is the perfect way to recharge your batteries after a delicious lie-in. Luxsure is giving away a brunch for two at La Fayette restaurant.
The La Fayette restaurant is located in the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, near the Palais des Congrès, ideally situated between the Golden Triangle and the La Défense business district. La Fayette offers an authentic and varied brunch on Sundays and Saturdays. The brunch evolves with the seasons, always using fresh, quality produce.
Autumn brunches
The inevitable viennoiserie, charcuterie, scrambled eggs and cheeses share the buffet with breads from renowned baker Jean-Luc Poujauran. Orange, apple and red fruit juices are fresh daily. You’ll also find a salad bar for starters, announcing the dish of the moment. The main course is accompanied by an animation to help you choose the dish you like. The dessert of the month is available to suit all tastes.
In September, enjoy Beef, in pepper sauce, a la plancha, subtly spiced, on a skewer or in a burger. On the pastry side, our pies will be a festival of seasonal fruits.
In October, autumn sets in, and so does game. For sweet treats, Millefeuille is served crisp, creamy or caramelized. In November, duck is savored in magret, terrine, parmentier or brochettes. Eclairs, dessert of the month, are offered in at least six different ways: Caribbean chocolate, Arabica coffee, Sicilian pistachio, lemon meringue, or as a Saint-Honoré, or even a Paris Brest. In December, scallops are the star attraction. Chocolate closes the season with a feast for the palate.
