On March 11, 2024, Time Out Paris unveiled the winners of its second Food & Drink Awards, a ceremony organized with the support of Pernod Ricard for the prize for the best responsible bar. Hosted by Camille Aumont Carnel, the evening honored twelve players in the Paris gastronomy scene, distinguished by their creativity and commitment.

The prize for best restaurant was awarded ex aequo to Datil by Manon Fleury and Vaisseau by Adrien Cachot, two establishments that embody the diversity of new Parisian gastronomy. Bar Nouveau was voted best cocktail bar, while Chop Chop took the prize for best vibe.

Haikara Deep Fried was named best fried food address, and Zélikha Dinga received the award for best culinary designer. Bar du Boubalé was awarded the prize for best responsible bar by The Bar World of Tomorrow. La Buvette Chambre Noire was voted best wine bar, and the Cheval d’Or team received the best team award.

The best mange-debout went to Takuto, and two special prizes were awarded: one to Ernest, for its commitment to solidarity, and the other to Alice Tuyet, for its ecological and gourmet initiative, in partnership with L’Avenir a du bon. Finally, Le Sobrelier, represented by Benoît d’Onofrio, received a special prize for its innovative and inclusive alcohol-free beverages.

Houssine Bouchama, director of Time Out Paris, said: “These awards are a tribute to those who have given us the most joy at the table and at the counter. Each of the categories highlights a challenge beyond today’s good that we feel is important and strong, like Alice Tuyet’s greener gastronomy, Sobrelier’s more inclusive and Ernest’s more supportive.”
