The Pierre Hermé boutique officially opens at La Mamounia.
The boutique will offer the great classics as well as exclusive creations by Pierre Hermé, who has immersed himself in the place and the spirit of the palace. These dishes will be available at the boutique and in La Mamounia’s restaurants.

The first of its kind in Morocco and Africa, a brand-new Pierre Hermé boutique has opened within La Mamounia, featuring pastries created exclusively for the establishment and Moroccan pastry classics revisited by the man named the world’s best pastry chef in 2016 by the Academy of World’s 50 Best Restaurants. A carefully thought-out setting combining the decor of La Mamounia with the refinement of Pierre Hermé boutiques.
Pierre Hermé is also in charge of the patisserie at La Mamounia. All new creations and desserts can be tasted in the Palace’s restaurants.
You’ll be able to taste these creations from December 31st at the Moroccan restaurant: Orange blossom, honey lemon like a pastilla or date macaroons.
