Moma Group has teamed up with talented chef Mory Sacko to open Lafayette’s, a unique restaurant in the heart of Paris. Located in a historic mansion, once the residence of the Marquis de La Fayette, this new culinary establishment invites guests on a gastronomic journey blending tradition and modernity.

The rebirth of a historic Parisian landmark

Lafayette’s is housed in the Hôtel Mazin, built in 1728 by Antoine Mazin, King Louis XV’s architect. This listed building was the scene of social events organized by the Marquis de La Fayette. Today, Moma Group and Mory Sacko are bringing it back to life, transforming its 400 m² into an exceptional restaurant for 100 guests.

Une Cuisine Voyageuse by Mory Sacko

Mory Sacko, already starred at his Mosuke restaurant in Paris, offers neo-bourgeois French cuisine tinged with African influences at Lafayette’s. Dishes such as sweet potato curry with West African flavors, Lafayette’s “pâté en croûte” inspired by Yassa chicken, or tarte tatin with caramelized mango, reflect the cosmopolitan Paris so dear to the chef.

Lounges Imagined by Lázaro Rosa-Violán

The restaurant’s interior was designed by interior architect Lázaro Rosa-Violán. He created a tailor-made setting blending modernity with historical touches. Three adjoining lounges (Musique, La Fayette, Pompadour) offer a rich, elegant ambience, complemented by a privatizable “cellar” for a more intimate experience.

An Address at the Heart of Parisian Heritage

Lafayette’s, located at 8 rue d’Anjou in Paris, is a must for lovers of refined cuisine and history. Open Tuesday to Sunday, lunch and dinner, the restaurant is the fruit of a collaboration between Mory Sacko’s culinary expertise and the Moma Group’s experience in creating exceptional venues.
