Nicolas Cloiseau has created some beautiful pieces for the festive season. Once again this year, he combined inventiveness and dexterity. A surprising Advent calendar, in the shape of fir trees, where each day a delicacy was revealed in a surprising packaging.
A limited-edition chocolate tree with a highly architectural approach. Twenty-five levels, a perspective setting, a hollowed-out structure to best reveal chocolate suspensions, delicately set with dried fruit.
Stylized chocolate trees, encapsulating golden drops, similarly decorated with hazelnuts, pistachios and other oilseeds.
The logs are undeniably appealing to the eye and the taste buds. Five models make up the entire range. The buche des Merveilles is almost bristly. It is made of a very fine dacquoise, pure Venezuelan chocolate mousse and a chocolate sponge cake with cocoa syrup.
The Noel Merveilleux box reveals Nicolas Cloiseau’s five holiday-inspired creations. Spiced cocoa ganache from Venezuela, an almond and date praline, coated in dark chocolate.
A hazelnut praline with crunchy Piedmont hazelnuts and Sicilian bergamot, with a milk chocolate coating. An almond fondant, Sicilian almond praline and fir honey, with a dark chocolate coating. The clementine square sublimates the classic alliance between candied clementine peel and dark chocolate.
To be enjoyed from December to January 2015!
