La Masion du Chocolat continues to initiate innovative partnerships. For this summer and autumn, it is offering the Cocktail set. Nicolas Cloiseau, Maitre Chocolatier of the famous house, has developed a partnership with Maxime Hoerth, head bartender at Le Bristol. Five chocolates encapsulating interesting alliances.
Playing on existing cocktails, each one is a taste adventure. Faubourg, Mof2, Peacock, So Bristol and Bellini are sure to entertain the taste buds. Faubourg is a milk chocolate-covered ganache with a passion fruit base. The passion fruit, with its vanilla accents, takes on its full gustatory dimension with the presence of mango juice and lemon tree honey.
Mof2 is a cream-free ganache with notes of sweet orange and pineapple. Combined with coconut.
Peacock marries a purée of fresh Ardèche raspberries with a verbena-infused ganache. The olfactory characteristics and flavors of Thai basil enhance the overall effect.
Bellini, this chocolate demonstrates the research work carried out by two of France’s finest craftsmen. The ganache reveals the delicacy of champagne and the nuances of vine peach and peach liqueur.
So Bristol, refers to a signature Bristol cocktail. Here, the ganache brings out the subtle alliance between earl grey tea and lime. Elderberry, with its sweet-and-sour aspect, accentuates its refinement. The bitterness of grapefruit completes the blend.
