From December onwards, a mountain chalet will be set up on the Terrace of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, housing a private table for up to 6 very special guests. A 100% transalpine dinner with local products carefully selected by Chef Jean-François Rouquette: cheeses, charcuterie, wines, brandies and even mineral waters, Switzerland invites itself into the capital’s most contemporary Palace!

About the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is the first contemporary Palace in Paris. It opened on rue de la Paix in August 2002. It features 153 rooms, including 43 Suites. The hotel’s Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, Le Pur’, has been run since autumn 2005 by Jean-François Rouquette, the talented chef of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.
