Isn’t it nice to kick off the summer season with not one, but three vintages from the renowned Dom Perignon house? Of course it is.

Tasting room: table with glasses and spittoons

The creation of a tasting workshop at Hautvilliers Abbey, the tercentenary home of the Dom Pérignon vineyard, is designed to titillate palates so sensitive to the subtlety and delicacy of these exceptional wines. The range of exceptionally smooth beverages on offer will surprise many. Dom Pérignon vintage 2004, 2005, P2, P3 and rosé are on the program. They arouse curiosity and explode in the mouth. Even if these three Dom Pérignon plenitudes are singular, they manage to convince.

Dom Pérignon vintage 2004, with its warm, powdery notes, tames the senses. The intensity of cocoa blends with almond, white fruit and dried flower. This explosive cocktail is perfectly balanced by Dom Pérignon’s distinctive winemaking techniques.

The 2005 vintage contains a basket of ripe red fruit enhanced by coriander. It’s a vintage that asserts itself and leaves its mark long after you’ve savored it. What power!

Dom Pérignon P2 is floral and fruity. The bitterness of toasted almond is softened by orange fruits, which add a touch of light to this elixir.

Unlike its predecessor, P3 is bursting with dried and candied fruit. The essence is the same, but the strength and character of its components differ.

The rosé vintage is remarkable for its precision and sensory balance. Fear not. Its concentration is not dizzying, but intoxicating. Wild strawberry merges with fig. The exotic guava gives it a kick. It’s an implosion that offers connoisseurs a silky, spicy journey. Don’t hesitate to reserve your place now.
