On Monday, March 14, the final of the third edition of the Mamont Mission contest took place in the trendy setting of Nomad’s.
In a jovial atmosphere, eight duos of bartenders competed with each other in creativity and audacity, in the realization of cocktails based on the prestigious Russian Vodka Mamont, to impress a jury of experts. Chef Juan Arbelaez, spirits expert Maxime Hoerth, journalist Raphaëlle Marchal and Tamara Mazur, the Mamont ambassador, had a hard time choosing between these young talents.
The exercise consisted in making, in a limited time, drinks in agreement with the dish imagined by Juan Arbelaez. Finally, Clément Maucuit and Aubin Arhuero, bartenders at Tiger and Arbane, won the Jury’s favors, letting their joy explode when the results were announced.
The adventure is not over yet, as the two winners will soon fly to Iceland, to face the finalists from London, St Petersburg, Munich and New York.
