For the end of the year, Campari has entrusted Tal Spiegel, founder of Abra, with a pastry trompe-l’œil that takes up the lines of the Negroni glass. Limited edition from 1 to 31 December, in an individual format at 9.90 euros or to share between six for 60 euros.
Campari is ending the year with pastry. For the festive season, the brand has turned to Tal Spiegel, pastry chef and founder of Abra, for a creation inspired by the Negroni, one of the cocktails most closely associated with it. The dessert is a trompe-l’œil drawing on the world of design: it takes up the lines of the famous glass.
The collaboration extends the approach Campari began this year with the Amer Design Club, which treats bitterness as a genuine territory of creation. Here, the shape of a bar glass becomes that of an end-of-meal dessert.
The Campari x Abra creation is a limited edition, available from 1 to 31 December at Abra Pâtisserie, in the heart of Paris. It comes in two formats: an individual version at 9.90 euros and a version to share between six people at 60 euros, or ten euros per guest.
The interest of the object lies in this shift: an outline associated with the bar serves as the starting point for a dessert, offered for one month only.
