Karl Lagerfeld announces its first residential project in Latin America, a 38-storey tower in Huixquilucan. The press release details the roles of a developer, two architecture firms and a design studio around a name.

Announced on 9 October 2026, the KARL LAGERFELD Residences | Bosque Real project is being developed with Grupo Bosque Real in Huixquilucan, Mexico. The tower has 38 storeys and 73 residences, including two penthouses and a garden house. Each floor houses two, of more than 475 m² and three bedrooms each; delivery is expected in early 2029. The project joins those in Lisbon, Marbella, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

The distribution of signatures is described precisely. The developer is Grupo Bosque Real, which claims more than thirty years of experience in high-end residential. The architecture goes to Oscar Enriquez and his team with Jafif Arquitectos. The interiors are developed with The One Atelier, led by Michele Galli, under the creative direction of Caroline Lebar, creative director of interiors at Karl Lagerfeld, who worked for more than 35 years alongside Karl Lagerfeld.

The House’s contribution is placed with the same clarity. According to the press release, it lies in a design language and creative guidance, in KARL LAGERFELD MAISON furniture in the common areas, and in quotations from Karl Lagerfeld presented as the recurring signature of all his residential projects. The lobby offers the most concrete example: a brushed stainless steel bookcase 9.71 metres high, which the House links to the bookcases of Karl Lagerfeld’s houses and studios, chandeliers by Max Sauze after his 1970s Cassiopea lamp, and travertine walls. The local materials announced for the whole are basalt, tezontle, Tzalam wood, polished concrete and hand-finished terrazzo.

The common areas follow a club programme: a travertine swimming pool, spa, gym, private cinema, cigar lounge, padel court, spaces for children and teenagers, and a business lounge.
