The Tous family at 6 rue Lamartine in the 9th arrondissement of Paris expands with the opening of Ensemble at 11 rue Spontini, 75016 Paris.
In a décor designed by architect Nathan Brami, a former collaborator of Jean Nouvel, where materials and light are combined in a refined yet warm style, restaurateurs Mathieu Darmont and Aude Bourguignon have teamed up with Chef Jérôme Moinard, already at the helm of the Tous kitchens, to create this new address, whose Executive Chef is Margot Vieljeux.
