To the eye: a lovely pinkish color with orange highlights. The effervescence is fine and regular.
The nose is dominated by notes of red fruit (redcurrant), giving it great freshness and exceptional minerality. On the palate, the attack is fresh and elegant. The wine displays complex red fruit aromas (cherry, redcurrant), with a long finish.
