For its sixth edition, the not-to-be-missed festival on the Parisian gastronomic scene Taste of Paris invites the Shangri-La Paris culinary orchestra to join its ranks for an ephemeral experience. The Palace’s three Chefs will be in the spotlight as they tasting of succulent and original dishes.
Taste of Paris is an annual annual event which will take place in the ephemeral Grand Palais from September 16 to 19, 2021. For a weekend, the Grand Palais éphémère becomes the largest restaurant in Paris, whether you’re looking for an exceptional dinner or a quick bite to eat.


In a festive atmosphere, numerous tastings of both sweet as savory as well as a variety of activities. Masterclasses, workshops, delicatessen and discovery of fresh produce are all on offer. At this event, gastronomy professionals put their talent to work for the Parisian scene. This year, the Executive Chef Christophe Moret has the honor of taking part in the event and hosting an ephemeral restaurant, accompanied by the Chef du Shang Palace, Samuel Leeand Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot.




For its first appearance at the festival, the Shangri-La Paris is present with its team of Chefs team. Three distinct chefs with different ambitions who create an array of magnificent recipes reflecting their careers and culinary DNAs. Recognized for their talent, they offer gastronomic gastronomic compositions each one more dazzling than the last.
