To celebrate Easter, Executive Chef Joël Veyssière and Pastry Chef Baptiste Méthivier have imagined real works of chocolate art, unveiling the “oeuf Madame” and the “oeuf Monsieur”!

TWO COLLECTOR’S EGGS
To celebrate Easter 2017, the two Chefs were inspired by the season’s theme, the Circus, to create two equatorial chocolate and almond chip eggs, one for Madame, the other for Monsieur, in the emblematic colors of the chapitaux.
The Madame egg, a majestic black egg adorned with white snowflakes, recalls the dreamlike, fairytale world of the circus.
The Monsieur egg, a very limited edition, is adorned with a red ribbon and finely made up with black paint tricks melted on a white background.
A mix of colors that will delight your palate for a moment of gourmet relaxation.
