A few days ago, we had the privilege of taking part in an exclusive event ahead of the Aberlour Hunting Club.

The program includes a hunting cuisine workshop at Lucas Carton with Julien Dumas, and whisky tasting in a private loft to preview the fabulous whiskies that the privileged few will be able to taste at the Aberlour Hunting Club.

This year, Chefs Thibaut Sombardier and Julien Dumas have taken up the challenge of creating an exceptional game menu, exclusively for Aberlour, in harmony with the House’s precious single malts.

For its annual event, Aberlour invites us to return to our roots: an escape into the woods.

On the occasion of St Hubert’s Day, patron saint of hunters, Aberlour will welcome its guests for three dinners orchestrated by two talented young chefs:

Julien Dumas of restaurant Lucas Carton (1 Michelin star) and Thibaut Sombardier of restaurant Antoine (1 Michelin star).

Game and exceptional single malts: Aberlour 12 yo non chill filtered, Aberlour 16 yo, Aberlour 18 yo, AberlourA’Bunadh and a limited edition 40 yo for Aberlour Hunting Club 2016.
