From March 7 to May 31, 2016, the iconic suite 321-322 at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo will be invested by Dom Pérignon.
In this refined new setting, guests can enjoy the unique, ephemeral gastronomic experience of a dinner by chef Franck Cerruti, created by Alain Ducasse around Dom Pérignon P2 1998 champagne.
In the firmament of refinement, it’s the dazzling meeting of legends who, together and for a time, continue their march towards the future.
Since its creation in 1864, guests from all over the world have flocked to this “hotel that surpasses anything ever created”, as François Blanc, founder of the Société des Bains de Mer, puts it. Eroll Flynn celebrated his nuptials here in the company of Hollywood royalty, and Winston Churchill took up residence in a 210 m2 suite.
Indeed, on its way to its third plenitude, the exceptional cuvée Dom Pérignon P2 1998 makes a stopover at the Hôtel de Paris and settles into the mythical Suite 321-322, home of the world’s great and good, to be rediscovered in the light of a star-studded dinner, after 16 years of attentive care and a long, invigorating rest, immobile in the silence and darkness of the cellars.
A world exclusive, the Suite Dom Pérignon P2 will house for its lucky occupant a private cellar containing, in bottle or Magnum, the most remarkable vintages of the last two decades of Dom Pérignon Blanc or Rosé, in all their fullness.
