We met the charming Marion, at Première Pression Provence, 7 rue Sainte-croix de la Bretonnerie, Paris 4th. With passion, she tells us the story of this daring cookie, from its first creation in 1781, to the moment it comes out of the oven every morning in the Marais stoves.

At Première Pression Provence, we knead to the tune of Les Copains d’Abord, and the products we use are based on organic farm flour. La navette, a cookie that’s simple in shape, but so sophisticated in flavor: the secret? Neroli essential oil.

A shuttle is also an exchange, a meeting between Olivier BAUSSAN, the creator of “L’OCCITANE“, the gift of the Mediterranean, & the famous Alsatian pastry chef, Pierre HERMÉ.

At 7, rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, let yourself be seduced by this warm and welcoming boutique, with its gourmet aroma of freshly baked cookies.
