AP Coverage Service in detail
This innovative service covers the risks of theft and partial or total damage, enabling customers to replace, repair or reimburse their watch free of charge. It is an extension of the AP International Sales Guarantee, reflecting the brand’s desire to meet the needs of its customers and accompany them throughout their experience.
Service operation
To benefit from it, owners of eligible parts must activate the AP Coverage Service from their customer space on the AP website. In the event of functional damage, they can take their watch to an Audemars Piguet boutique or AP House for maintenance. In the event of theft, the owner must write an e-mail to the regional repair center concerned, with a copy of the complaint filed with the police.
Period of validity and possible extension
- First stage: The service applies to purchases made in 2022, expiring on December 31, 2024, and to purchases made in 2023, for a period of two years from the initial purchase date.
- Second step: Audemars Piguet will evaluate the possibility of extending its service beyond this initial framework, based on the results of this first phase.
