This white Burgundy is an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée wine, a guarantee of quality, made from the Domaine Jean Féryet Fils parcel of Burgundy Chardonnay located in the “Monatine” area of Meursault, a village known worldwide for its magnificent white wines.

Bourgogne “Les Monatines” 2017 is made from Chardonnay vines aged around 20 years, spread over a 0.25-hectare plot with a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare. Situated in the heart of the village of Meursault, it is on the edge of the road leading to the entrance of Château de Meursault, and is a lowland vineyard.
Bourgogne ” Les Monatines ” 2017possesses a pale yellow color with light golden highlights. It reveals aromas of white fruit (white peach), followed by brioche and butter notes. Its roundness is harmoniously tempered by a pleasant freshness. The palate is unctuous, enveloped, fruity with tonicity, energy and a round, gourmet finish. This is a solid, persistent Burgundy that sharpens the taste buds.
BURGUNDY “LES MONATINES” 2017 WHITE IS AVAILABLE AT €18 INCL. TAX.
