Brasserie Fouquet’s Paris presents
The Fouquet’s Paris Yule Log

For the festive season, Pierre Gagnaire signs the log for the famous Parisian Brasserie for the second time. After the emblematic Fouquet’s Paris napkin ring, this year the three-star chef teams up with artist Richard Orlinski to imagine and create a tasty log with a resolutely contemporary look.
This winter, a chocolate panda will delight the taste buds. Designed by Richard Orlinski, this angular, designer log conceals a delicious entremet imagined by Pierre Gagnaire.
Gourmet butter and corn shortbread, crunchy hazelnut and orange zest cookie, crunchy caramelized hazelnuts and orange marmalade complement the creamier flavors of praline cream and light vanilla mousse. Under the panda, ecstasy.
An original log celebrating two exceptional partnerships with three-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire and France’s most sought-after contemporary artist, Richard Orlinski.
Since 2015, Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris has teamed up with world-renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire to reinvent and twist the menu of its famous Brasserie. Available in Cannes, La Baule, Courchevel, Toulouse, Marrakech and Enghien-les-Bains, the menu brilliantly reinterprets the great classics of French brasserinomie.
It was also in 2015 that the collaboration between Groupe Barrière and Richard Orlinski began, with a first installation at the Cannes Film Festival, then during the Deauville American Film Festival, where his original works seduced Sharon Stone and George Lucas. Since then, the artist has regularly exhibited his work in the Group’s establishments, from Paris to Marrakech, from Deauville to Courchevel.
Available as a limited edition by order only until December 16, the Fouquet’s Paris log is priced at €95. An original work of exceptional sweetness that will add a little magic and indulgence to the festive season.
