The Paris and Stockholm studios of the brand & Other Stories design collections that bring together different aspects of each season. Inspired by surrealism, the Paris atelier has reinterpreted the concept of more is more in its spring/summer 2016 collection and presents an eclectic mix of bright colors and cheerful prints.

The stylists of the Paris workshop present the eclectic look

The photos taken at & Other Stories’ Paris atelier reveal a modern and exuberant collection that sets the tone for this season. With its many comfortable looks that can be mixed and matched, the house of & Other Stories reinvents the maximalist concept.

“We designed a surreal world with this collection, combining disparate elements, with the aim of creating a modern version of the iconic women’s wardrobe,” confides Colombe Campana, stylist at & Other Stories.

Inspired by composite elements, the spring/summer 2016 collection pays homage to surrealism and focuses on contemporary print blends. A vibrant color palette of bright pink, white, khaki and gold is combined with animal prints in a delicate, flowing silhouette.

The diversity found at & Other Stories comes from its two workshops with different inspirations: the workshop in Paris and the one in Stockholm. At the Paris atelier, the collections are eclectic, graceful, and always have that magic that reveals the French woman in all of us. The Stockholm studio’s designs reveal clean-cut pieces and innovative elements that add a sleek touch to any wardrobe. Between them, these workshops offer clients a wide range of styles.

This collection is available in & Other Stories stores and on stories.com. Prices range from €55 for a scarf to €145 for sandals, including a blouse for €85 and a quilted jacket for €125.
