Ralph’s

This little corner of Paris will appeal to all those for whom the United States is more than just Brooklyn. Ideally located in the heart of Paris’s Saint Germain Pres district, this haven of tranquility and refinement is a veritable cocoon once the warm weather arrives.

Opened four years ago, this 17th-century mansion has established itself as the most American of Parisian addresses.

The Ralph Lauren signature

Fallen in love with Parisian charm, Ralph Lauren was personally involved in the creation of Ralph’s, adding his authentic American touch. The listed building reflects a meticulous restoration, and the menu is inspired by the best of traditional American cuisine.

The frame

Step through the porte cochère and discover the warm-weather dining room, with its cobbled courtyard and chic, casual furnishings, adorned with nature that changes with the seasons. Fabrics, patinated teak, wrought iron and wide benches covered with cozy blue and white cushions contribute to the authentic charm of the courtyard. Every effort has been made to ensure that this luminous, calm setting can accommodate 70 guests in complete privacy.

The masculine, elegant interior with its reassuring comfort has nothing to envy from the courtyard. A cosy, intimate bar is located in the continuation of the stables, which open onto the courtyard, where the main dining room takes pride of place. Burgundy stone, wood panelling, oak beams and patinated leather highlight painters and photographs on an equestrian theme, inviting you to immerse yourself in the world of Ralph Lauren.

Every detail is designed to make you feel at home in a friend’s house. Tablecloths, tableware and accessories from the Ralph Lauren Home collections create a decor of informal luxury. Distinction and friendliness are values cherished by Monsieur Ralph Lauren and his team in the dining room, led by Christian Laval and Julien Morel, who put them into practice with every service.

A la carte

The menu at Ralp’s features authentic dishes from the Atlantic culinary tradition, interpreted by chef Nicolas Zanel.

The finest cuts of meat straight from Ricky and Ralph Lauren’s Colorado ranch are sublimated by the fire of the grill, while specialties from New York, Maine or New Mexico are reinterpreted according to Ricky Lauren’s own recipes.

Must-eats include burgers for vegetarians, real Ceasar Salad, Club Sandwich and Lobster Salad.

Take the time to discover the flavors of family dining with Slow Cooked Santa Fe Style Soup, Maryland Crab Cake and Grilled Marine Lobster. Punctuate your gustatory journey with must-try desserts: Ralph’ Brownies, New York Style Cheese-cake, Homestyle Carrot Cake and many more.

The dining experience couldn’t be better, and the quality wine list pays tribute to the best American vineyards without neglecting French productions.
