A 100% Chardonnay cuvée developed with patience, over 5 years of cellar ageing and expertise, part of which is vinified in barrels to enrich its aromatic palette. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation. The cuvée “Cléo” is a delicious marriage of opposites: the attack is lively, with citrus and mineral notes, then the effervescence mellows and the incomparable aromas of ripeness (honey, freshly baked brioche, cream) take center stage with persistence. This beautiful bottle has seduced us as much by the beauty of its lines as by its beverage!
