Gustave, the new salon at the Hermitage Monte-Carlo

From June 2, Gustave opens its doors in the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. Nestled beneath the Eiffel dome of the Jardin d’Hiver, this new venue aims to revisit Belle Époque elegance in a more contemporary interpretation.

The address was designed by interior architect Shirine Zirak. The place unfolds in five spaces, including a new terrace, with a bourgeois, hushed and contemporary atmosphere. Gustave is conceived less as a spectacular venue than as a timeless salon.

The menu is designed by Julien Lecharpentier. It is inspired by the great Parisian cafés, with a particular interest in local produce and forgotten references.

In the Principality, Gustave seems to propose a more discreet path: the elegance of conversation, the light of the cupola, the terrace and the ritual of glass as an extension of the hotel art de vivre.
