A few weeks ago we discovered Aquarium, the capital’s new club and restaurant located in the Paris Aquarium.
“In Rio, New York, Stockholm, London and Moscow, the real parties start at 10pm! In Paris today, people prefer to go out to eat, and they no longer wait until 1am to find the right atmosphere in a club.
We want to make it possible to party much earlier in Paris: no more waiting between the restaurant and the club. It will be beautiful, joyful and trendy.
We want to bring a festive spirit to Paris. We remember a time when Paris was bustling, when people were elegant and really partied,” emphasize Cyril Gérard and Julien Perez, managers of the Aquarium club and restaurant.
An innovative concept to meet the new demands of Parisian nightlife
From 8:00 pm, the restaurant opens on the club’s mezzanine, overlooking an 8-metre-high, 600,000-litre Aquarium filled with exotic fish, a leopard ray and eagle rays. The restaurant features products from the “Zen Farm”, proud of its sustainable agriculture 220 km from Paris, owned by the Aquarium de Paris. . L’Aquarium offers a “for Him” and “for Her” menu, a wide range of champagne and an exclusive, trendy dinner before an unforgettable evening.
Cyril and Julien, who never miss the best parties, are shattering the traditions of Parisian nightlife: codes are changing, mentalities are evolving. The trend this fall will be elegance in a place that is unique in the world.
Facing a giant 600,000-liter aquarium filled with exotic fish, everything has been thought out for an unforgettable evening.
Only the finest spirits, Grey Goose , Chivas, Jack Daniel’s , at €180 a bottle and €360 a magnum. Champagne has pride of place, with Ruinart , Pommery , including their prestige cuvées, and their must-have Dom Pérignon , Krug & Cristal .
