L’Esprit Nouveau signs a new French-inspired menu
Nestled in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, illuminated by large designer glass roofs, L’Esprit Nouveau restaurant celebrates the arrival of fine weather by renewing its menu.
URBAN CONTEMPORARY & FRENCH RESTAURANT
This season, chef Robin Kubarek revisits the classics of French cuisine, adding a touch of lightness and conviviality with a gourmet menu to share. On the menu, a multi-faceted cuisine featuring every region of France. From Caesar salad to endive, discovering new flavors or French signature dishes, anything is possible. For Robin Kubarek, a committed chef, sourcing products locally is essential. The product comes first. He buys from farms and cheese dairies in the Ile-de-France region, giving priority to short supply chains. To enhance his dishes, the chef also works with Frédéric Lalos, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Boulanger, to offer customers artisan breads with the flavors of yesteryear. Dishes are humorously named after French expressions. “L’Endive prise pour un jambon”, “Je m’en fish & chips”, “Ave Cesar”, promise a warm welcome.
