Conceived as a veritable journey between Paris and Tokyo, Hibiki is a tailor-made creation bringing together the quintessence of two areas of expertise. With a design that echoes the traditional whisky glass, Jean-Paul Hévin has imagined a refined pastry with original flavors. ” Hibiki ” is composed of a milk chocolate mousse infused with cocoa beans, a dark chocolate mousse with a Grands Crus 75% cocoa blend, a light cocoa cookie subtly soaked in Hibiki Japanese Harmony whisky, all on a crunchy shortbread with hazelnut cream and dark chocolate.
