For the festive season, Domaine William Fèvre presents two emblematic cuvées for a tasting of elegance and freshness. Domaine William Fèvre, the world’s largest owner of Grands Crus, covers 78 hectares or 90 separate parcels in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. For nearly 20 years, the estate has been committed to a strong environmental approach. The first of the Chablis estates to be HVE3 certified since 2014, the majority of the vineyard is farmed biodynamically. With a human commitment to working the soil and respecting biodiversity, Domaine William Fèvre does its utmost to express the subtlest variations of Chablis Climats.

Vintage 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos

The historic cradle of Chablis vineyards, Les Clos is the largest and most famous Chablis Grand Cru. Pale gold in color, the 2018 Cuvée Les Clos reveals a floral and fruity bouquet of remarkable complexity, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and hawthorn. The palate is very complex, seductive in its balance. A great wine, ideal for festive meals. Often considered the best of the seven Grands Crus, Les Clos seduces with its powerful, intense notes, typical of its terroir, and shows great long-term ageing potential.

Vintage 2018 Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons

Adorned with a pale gold color with green highlights, Vaillons Premier Cru 2018 reveals a pronounced nose of yellow-fleshed fruit and flint. The full, rich palate is reminiscent of yellow fruit. Its freshness and generous aromas make this a pleasant, well-balanced wine that’s an ideal accompaniment to exceptional dishes.
