For Easter, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme pastry chef Jimmy Mornet pays tribute to Native Americans

Inspired by a breathtaking trip to Arizona, Jimmy Mornet is giving way to feathers and natural colors this year!

This reproduction of a native chief, from the Hualapai tribe to be precise, is made from 64% Manjari dark chocolate and 32% Dulcey chocolate.

The feathers in the headdress are made from Jivara 40% milk chocolate.

A tribute to the “people of the big trees”, this creation took 50 hours to create and no less than 10 hours to design. It’s filled with little eggs made with Piedmont hazelnut milk praline, and is sure to delight children of all ages!

On Pascal Sunday, Chef Jean-François Rouquette invites family and friends to the Sens restaurant to celebrate Easter with an exceptional champagne brunch.

After enjoying a glass of champagne, the hotel invites you to discover the buffet of starters (Brazilian prawns, semi-smoked salmon, veal vitello, homemade focaccia, coral lentil dahl with coconut milk & fine spices…),

and choice of main course (beef fillet with Malabar pepper & “Pomme Pont Neuf” fries, poultry “Pojarski” with cereals, crabmeat & cherry tomatoes).

And as eggs are a traditional Easter ingredient, why not indulge in organic eggs scrambled with smoked salmon or in a morel omelette?

And to round off this delicious moment, Pastry Chef Jimmy Mornet will propose a selection of emblematic desserts.
