The House of Piaget offers retracing the savoir-faire of Piaget manufacture movements at 7 rue de la Paix in Paris from September 23 to November 15, 2015.
The boutique showcases the finest examples of its watchmaking heritage and presents the new Altiplano Chronograph. This retrospective immerses visitors in the world of movements of legendary finesse. The outside showcase depicts the world of the Piaget man, an extra-flat enthusiast, through the use of streamlined furniture designs: Djuna Takahama table, Le Corbusier chair, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand. All these elements contribute to creating a “gentlemen’s residence” atmosphere, giving the impression of an apartment with a view of New York. The screen illuminates the window and shows sequences from the Altiplano Chronographe film.
