Discreet and feminine, this British juice reinterprets the iconic Burberry Body fragrance in a lighter style.
The sparkling fragrance combines the freshness of lemon, English rose and white jasmine for a natural sweetness and femininity.
INSPIRATION
“Since its inception, the Burberry Body collection has sought to express the different characteristics of the Burberry girl. With Body Tender, we wanted to explore and bring out her softer, more playful facets, capturing this light-hearted femininity in both the fragrance and the advertising campaign. Cara’s natural beauty and flamboyant energy come to life alongside London’s sublime architecture.

THE PERFUM
Top notes of lemon, tart apple and green absinthe.
Heart notes: a delicate accord of English rose, white jasmine and sandalwood.
Base notes: cashmere wood, amber and musk, for a warm, feminine and discreet trail.
THE FACE
Cara Delevingne embodies the Burberry Body Tender woman.
This is the first time that Cara, an integral member of the Burberry family, has appeared in a fragrance campaign, and one staged in her hometown.
Cara made her first appearance in a Burberry campaign in 2011. Since then, she has become the face of Burberry Beauty. She is also regularly seen on Burberry catwalks and in the brand’s advertising campaigns.
THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
The visual features Cara Delevingne, British actress and Burberry muse.
Set against the backdrop of London’s Thames, it was shot by photographer Mario Testino in collaboration with Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s Creative Director.
The campaign perfectly reflects the natural, playful attitude that characterizes the Burberry girl.
A film and several visuals will be part of a global, multi-media Burberry Body Tender campaign.
THE BOTTLE
Created by Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s Creative Director, the design is a more feminine interpretation of the iconic Burberry Body bottle.
A veritable jewel, the bottle reflects the many facets of the brand and the Burberry girl.
Its original design reflects the light to better diffuse the soft pink color of its juice.
The case is made of pink cardboard and adorned with Burberry’s signature tartan in champagne and silver.
The multi-faceted case takes up the architectural details of the bottle.
BURBERRY BODY TENDER BODY MILK
This light, spray-on body milk comes in a faceted glass Burberry Body Tender bottle.
Leaves skin soft, supple and fragrant.
