Château Léoube Blanc 2010: between land and sea

Sober and uncluttered, the bottle containing the nectar is already very seductive. And we’re not disappointed. Elegant, delicate and refined, Château Léoube’s Côtes de Provence Blanc is a real seducer. Produced from a highly successful blend of Rolle and Sémillon grapes, this cuvée stands out for its aromatic intensity, its iodized minerality blending white-fleshed fruit with soft floral notes.
Perfect as an aperitif with homemade salmon rillettes, it goes wonderfully well with a carpaccio of scallops, a fillet of wild sea bass served with a few chanterelles or grilled Breton lobster. And don’t forget to flirt with the cheese platter…
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are transported to the winery, where they are pressed directly. Juice extraction is slow and delicate.
A few words about this unique terroir: Domaine de Léoube covers 560 hectares on one of Europe’s most beautiful protected sites on the Mediterranean coast: Cap Bénat. A unique setting facing the Golden Isles, but above all an exceptional terroir, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and organic cultivation. This meticulously protected site is ideal for producing wines of character that reflect their land and…sea identities.
