Champagne Boizel is expanding its Monocrus collection with two new cuvées: Avize 2020, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, and Tours-sur-Marne 2020, a Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru. Each offers a precise interpretation of a village, a grape variety, and a specific terroir.
Florent and Lionel Roques-Boizel conceived this collection to further explore the expression of the House’s historic single-vineyard wines. In a world where blending remains central, the Monocrus offer a different approach: isolating a specific vineyard to reveal its unique character.
Both cuvées have aged for five years on the lees and are available at a suggested retail price of 75 euros in restaurants, bars, and hotels, at the estate, and on Boizel’s online store.
