Packard Bell introduced its new products last week with a brand new logo and branding. A range completed and totally reworked, both in terms of design and technical aspects. Having well understood the new consumer behaviors, PB has integrated in the majority of its terminals a quick access button “Packard Bell Social Networks”, allowing the user to check at a glance the news of his favorite social networks through an application developed for this purpose.

Among the products that made the biggest impression on us, the dot s, notebook ultra-look with an autonomy of up to 8 hours, a 250GB hard drive, a multi-gesture touchpad and a keyboard with a very nice finish, it will certainly delight mobile technology enthusiasts who do not like to neglect the aesthetic aspect of their beloved computer! The weight remains very convenient: 1.1kg in the handbag, as well as its price: 329€.

A little newcomer also strongly attracted our attention: the oneTwo, an all-in-one touchscreen. The sober and minimalist design catches the eye, with an integrated lighting of the keyboard, very futuristic. However, the operating systems are not yet adapted to this kind of technology, which makes the navigation below what the product could offer.

Other products include the illuminated touchpad that glows conspicuously when activated and turns off automatically, creating a surprise, the slimness of the new Maestro LED displays, or the very sleek style of the HD Editions Multimedia hard drives.

So many surprises and innovations that will bring a breath of fresh air to the computer shelves of supermarkets from September 2010.
