A gastronomic break between tradition and exception at the Restaurant de l’Hôtel

The hotel was built in 1828 on the site of Queen Margot’s love pavilion, located in the park gardens of her
palace in the 17th century. The last home of Oscar Wilde and the heart of Parisian society in the 60s, it was renovated by the famous architect
d’intérieur Jacques Garcia.
Its 20 rooms, historic character, swimming pool and hammam, Michelin-starred Restaurant and Bar, make L’Hotel a world-famous Parisian institution.

We recently discovered this magnificent Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Julien Montbabut. A cuisine of tradition and savoir-faire that offers gastronomic excellence. We were touched by this chef’s work, which pays homage to French gastronomic tradition and hunting, while never neglecting modernity.
