Set on a 140-hectare estate, Villa Baulieu welcomes you amid vineyards, truffle oaks, olive and almond trees for a serene stay in one of eleven rooms with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles massif.
The Tuscan-inspired architecture will let you soak up the Latin culture that permeates the premises.
Villa Baulieu is also a winegrowing estate; the Villa Baulieu wines are divided into two categories, the Cuvée Bérengère 2011 and the Villa Baulieu 2011. White or red, the choice is yours, but either way, the grapes are hand-picked, sublimated and matured by the hand of man to create an exceptional wine.
The Villa Baulieu cuvée 2011 is a white wine with lemongrass and white flowers, and a red wine with fine spices and licorice. Cuvée Bérengère comes from volcanic soils. The white is harmonious and well-balanced, with a vanilla flavor; the red is deeper, with aromas of red fruit and praline, while the spicy notes on the palate make this a wine of character.
Villa Baulieu is a must-see for connoisseurs and lovers of peace and serenity.
