In Paris, Hublot brought together clients, journalists, and influencers at Cheval Blanc Paris for an event featuring Novak Djokovic and Julien Tornare, the brand’s CEO. The event showcased the Big Bang Tourbillon Novak Djokovic GOAT Edition, created in collaboration with the brand ambassador.
The watch translates the player’s record into a series of editions. Three colors represent the three tennis surfaces: blue for hard courts, orange for clay, and green for grass. The quantities reflect Djokovic’s victories on each surface: 72 blue pieces, 21 orange pieces, and eight green pieces.
It’s a clever move. Hublot doesn’t simply slap a name on a watch; the brand transforms athletic data into a framework of rarity. The collection becomes a map of records.
The announced price is 119,000 euros. Hublot also notes that the collection will be expanded with a new model for each of the player’s future major titles. The world of watchmaking thus merges with the world of sports achievements, with a timepiece designed to evolve alongside the competition.
