Kinugawa in Cannes!

Kinugawa, which has established itself in Paris as the benchmark for contemporary Japanese gastronomy, is moving to the Majestic Barrière beach for the summer. At the heart of the Plage, completely redesigned in 2014, Kinugawa and its Chef, Toyofumi Ozuru, former Chef at Nobu Paris, will enjoy an elegant space with around 50 covers.

The “Atelier”, where Kinugawa’s sushi men create their dishes, will also be on hand, thanks to a Sushi Bar created especially for the occasion. A unique opportunity to discover Kinugawa’s signature dishes, the finesse and subtlety of a sea bream sashimi marinated in citrus juice, the famous “Black Cod” marinated in miso, as well as a menu featuring light dishes with Mediterranean accents.

At sunset, the Chef has devised a bespoke menu based around kozara, small Japanese tasting dishes; and Kinugawa’s signature cocktails will also be on the menu… A moment of great refinement, on the beach of the rising sun. The opening will take place on the first day of the Cannes Film Festival, and will undoubtedly establish Kinugawa in Cannes as a benchmark for elegance, glamour and conviviality.
